    Hi team,

    I want to create my Homepage with the big banner on top – button on banner then other section…

    I create a page, then choose the page template – but there is only 2 kind:
    1) Homepage: which will enable and add the Homepage section.
    2) Default: which will have a right-menu

    I want to have a new template – Homepage full width – so I can create my homepage.

    Thanks,
    Phat

    Hello,

    Thank you for your question.

    When creating the home page, you can turn off unnecessary blocks here https://d.pr/FREE/9cXr1v

    Hi Michael,

    Thank for your answer.

    I’m going to create Homepage and inner pages (other content page like About us, Contact us…). I think I need 2 separated tempalte.

    1) For Homepage: follow the default template, it will have these section.
    2) For other inner page: I want full width for About us, contact us page.Remove side bar.

    If I disable the Homepage option follow your introduction, it will turn off both on Homepage and other inner page.
    Could you please help me this?

    Thanks,
    Phat

    From this zip archive https://www.dropbox.com/s/xg9rh4r5pgiiy0z/full-width.zip?dl=0

    1. Upload file “page-fullwidth.php” to mercury theme folder
    2. Add code from .txt file to end in “style.css”

    Hi Michael,

    Thank you very much. I will try it and back to you soon. I hope you will update it to the theme package.

    One more thing. I used many themes and they all have a section to insert header/ footer to add Google analytics code. I can’t find it in your theme. Can you help me?

    Thanks,
    Phat

    Ok. Thank you.

    There is no special field. For Google Analytics code, you will need to modify (add Google analytics code) the files: header.php and footer.php.

    In the file footer.php, replace this code:

    <?php get_template_part( '/theme-parts/footer-banner' ); ?>

    with this code:

    <?php if ( is_page('1') ) {

    } else {
    	get_template_part( '/theme-parts/footer-banner' );
    } ?>

    And in ( is_page('1'), replace 1 on the id of the page.
